So I was thinking, right?…

I want to start trying to do yoga. I don’t think I’m patient enough though. All the meditation kinda stuff is really hard for me. To be honest, it’s hard enough for me to work out because my mind is all over the place. I think I’m going to get some yoga DVD’s or something and practice before I embarrass myself at a gym or in any other public place.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?
